Description

• Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks
• Coordinate with hiring managers and prospective candidates
• Assist in arranging interviews and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of recruitment records
• Help in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements
• Handle confidential recruitment information with discretion
• Support in onboarding new hires
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

• Experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
