Job Description - Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking two temporary Recruitment Administrator to support a busy period for this company within the business services industry. These temporary roles based in Oxfordshire involves assisting with recruitment processes and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Description

  • Provide administrative support to recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and updates.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing relevant documentation and organising induction schedules.
  • Respond to candidate queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations during all recruitment activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support department as needed.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role within a professional setting.

Job Offer
