Temporary Compliance Administrator
Pay rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Location: Addlestone

Hours: Mon to Fri, 08:30am - 17:30pm - with a 17:00pm finish on Friday. 5 days a week in office, no hybrid.

Are you a highly organised and detail-driven professional with a knack for communication? I'm looking for a Compliance Administrator to join my client on a temporary to possible permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Ensuring candidates are fully compliant before interviews and placements.
• Managing and owning the team’s compliance tracker, escalating issues as needed.
• Sending contracts promptly and accurately.
• Collaborating with the team to understand billings and forecasts.
• Overseeing key compliance programs such as aftercare, offer management, and found fee radar.
• Providing performance metrics and analysis to support team success.
• Becoming a subject matter expert in compliance processes.
• Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and managing shared inboxes.
• Staying up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
