Overview
Are you passionate about delivering best-in-class recruitment services? BAE Systems is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Operations Specialist to join their Contingent Hiring team based in Preston.
  
Skills 

• Proven experience in recruitment processes; contingent recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
• Ability to work with service level agreements and provide efficient, effective recruitment solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  
The Job

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from initial vacancy consultation to first-day readiness.
• Manage relationships with agencies on the preferred suppliers list to ensure recruitment campaigns run smoothly.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) by working efficiently within the team.
• Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and business needs.
• Handle high-volume and varied recruitment campaigns across specific business areas.
