We ae looking for ambitious, resilient people who want an opportunity to develop a career in recruitment. You will have the option to become a Recruitment Resourcer or a Junior Business Developer.

This fantastic opportunity not only allows you to gain a NVQ you will be rewarded for hard work as well as earn commission on a leading commission structure.

This position is suited to someone who is a hard worker, flexible, able to cope with rejection from clients and candidates, have excellent telephone manner, prepared to make 100 calls a day without being fazed, have lots of energy, with the ability to work at pace and most importantly have the desire to be successful and achieve a high annual income.

At the end of your apprenticeship based on your performance you will be given the opportunity to develop into a 180 or 360 Recruitment Consultant.
