We're on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to hit the ground running with one of the UK's most iconic residential developers.

Supporting the in-house team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for residential roles:

• Writing job descriptions for roles in the property sector.
• Screening and scheduling interviews for would-be hires.
• Supporting offer stages, and providing guidance throughout to candidates.
• Crucially - you'll already be confident with CRM system Workday (HRIS)

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role; perfect for someone polished, proactive, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders.

You'll need:

• Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Hands-on Workday knowledge
• Availability to start within the next 1-2 weeks
• Confidence managing volume roles with pace and professionalism
