We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Coordinator to provide short-term cover and support our recruitment function during a period of staff absence.
This role is focused on ensuring continuity of safe recruitment activity and maintaining high standards of compliance within a regulated care environment. The post holder will work closely with the Registered Care Manager and senior leadership team to support recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate progression.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for Care Professionals
Ensuring all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
Coordinating reference requests and follow-ups in line with safer recruitment standards
Managing candidate records within Smart Recruiters and internal systems
Supporting onboarding processes once all compliance requirements are met
Liaising with office colleagues to ensure recruitment activity aligns with business needs
Maintaining confidentiality and adherence to safeguarding requirements at all times
This is a temporary role for business continuity purposes only and does not form part of any long-term staffing change.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or compliance-based roles (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail, particularly around documentation and records
Confidence working within clear processes and regulatory frameworks
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
Experience within health or social care (desirable but not essential)
This is a temporary, fixed-term role to provide sickness cover
The role is office-based in Folkestone, with working hours to be agreed
Full training and support will be provided
