Are you an experienced recruitment professional with strong team management skills? We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to join our team in Ipswich, supporting the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small recruitment team within the care sector.

• Oversee advertising and ensure the timely fulfillment of urgent roles.

• Foster team morale and create a positive and productive work environment.

• Ensure urgent requirements are communicated and actioned across relevant teams and departments.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment, including team management.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet urgent recruitment needs effectively.

Contract Details: This role is initially for a temporary period of 6 months, with the potential to transition to permanent.
