Location: Wythenshawe | Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Partner to join our client on a 3-month contract. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to reduce vacancies, attract top talent, and deliver cost-effective hiring solutions.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas.
• Develop targeted attraction strategies and source candidates through various channels.
• Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and support strategic recruitment projects.
• Promote our employer brand and drive down recruitment costs.

? What You’ll Bring

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in-house or RPO.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A creative, data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
• Passion for diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
