Recruitment Resourcer – £13.00 per hour

?? Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham, B46

?? Driving Licence & Own Transport Preferred

??? Duration - Ongoing agency, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in recruitment? We’re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team!

Your Responsibilities:
? Sourcing & screening candidates for various roles.
? Conducting phone & face-to-face interviews.
? Managing job adverts & applications.
? Building strong relationships with clients & candidates.
? Maintaining accurate records & databases.

What We’re Looking For:
?? Previous recruitment or admin experience preferred.
?? Strong communication & organisational skills.
?? Ability to work independently & in a team.
?? Comfortable with fast-paced environments.
?? Driving licence & own transport preferred for client visits.
