Within the Talent Sourcing Specialist role you will be responsible for (including but not limited to) -

• Creating and posting job advertisements, mail-shot activities, and CV shortlisting
• Direct sourcing/headhunting suitable candidates
• Arranging and conducting telephone interviews
• Arranging and conducting candidate preparation meetings for client assessments and interviews
• Working alongside Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Delivery Specialists to meet client start date requirements
• Being 1st line support for prospective candidates and in-booking candidates

Details of the role:

• Hourly rate - £15.23 per hour (equivalent to £29,700 per annum)
• Hours per week - 37.5 hours per week
• Location - Leeds City Centre (LS1 2HJ)
• Type - hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days at home - once fully trained)
• Contract type - temporary (hourly pay, one week in arrears)
• Contract during - 3 months ongoing
• Team size - 3 x Talent Delivery Specialists, 5 x Talent Sourcing Specialists, 1 x Talent Delivery Manager
• Start date - as soon as possible, ideally within the next 2-4 weeks
