Recruitment Specialist – Early Careers & Contingent Workforce
Location: Preston, BAE Systems
Duration: 12 months
Hourly Rate: £17.32 PAYE
Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experiences and shaping the future workforce? We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the Early Careers & Contingent teams within the Recruitment Operations function at BAE Systems Plc.

About the Role As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class recruitment service, supporting our Early Careers recruitment programmes. Reporting to the Early Careers Team Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to attract, engage, and hire high-potential individuals into our early talent programmes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Early Careers or volume hiring
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment market trends
Passionate about candidate experience and delivering high-quality outcomes
