Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Coventry HQ
Company: Severn Trent (via Morson Talent)
Contract: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour (equivalent to £25,584 pro rata)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm or similar

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Resourcing Partners

• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries
• Handle inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation as required

About You:

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team
