Role Overview:
As a Yard Recycling Waste Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our client's yard. Your main duties will involve sorting and processing recyclable materials, operating yard machinery, maintaining a safe and tidy environment, and assisting with loading and unloading materials.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sort and process materials such as plastic, metal, paper, and cardboard.
* Operate yard machinery safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and hazard-free yard.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials.
* Ensure recycling rules and safety practices are adhered to.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience is preferred but not essential.
* A strong team player who is happy to support others.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* A UK Driving License is preferred but not required.
