3 Months Contract Inside IR35

£150-£200 per day | 100% Onsite | Swindon

A global IT services provider is seeking an IT Support Deployment Engineer to assist with a large-scale hardware refresh for a key enterprise client in the insurance sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced deployment project, working as part of a small, focused team delivering vital end-user technology upgrades.

As a IT Support Deployment Engineer you will have the following responsibilities

• Setting up and configuring new laptops ready for user distribution.
• Organising and tracking hardware deliveries and returns.
• Coordinating with project leads to help ensure deployment milestones are met.
• Keeping inventory systems up to date with accurate asset records.
• Supporting users during onsite installations and equipment handovers.
• Assisting with stock reconciliation and inventory reporting as needed.

The successful candidate should have the following key skills

• Hands-on experience with device rollouts or deskside support.
• Understanding of IT asset management practices.
• Familiarity with M365, Intune, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Windows 11 and large-scale refresh projects is a plus.
