Your new role The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of services within the Midlands and East Anglia region. Reporting to the Head of PFI, the role will be responsible for operational delivery and client relationships, compliance and risk, financial, including commercial, stakeholder and people management.
There will be a key focus on leading a team with the professionalism and expertise to successfully deliver the contract obligations in this field within agreed budgets. The role partners with subject-matter experts for support in contract delivery such as commercial, finance, technical, SHE and HR.
Ensure there are robust processes in place to monitor and report on contract performance against performance standards, which are reviewed and updated on a regular basis with support from the performance improvement manager.
