Job Description - Registered General Nurse

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for multiple RGNs to support a new Primary Care Service in the Liverpool Area.

Are you an RGN, with experience caring for elderly patients?

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Rates dependent on current banding, in line with NHS Frameworks
Hours: 24hrs available | Monday - Sunday | Full-Time Desired
Start Date: June 2025
Service: Supporting elderly and frail residents within 2 care homes (60 bed capacity)

Duties of an RGN:

Act as a role model and promote high standards of person-centred clinical care.
Act as the nominated nurse in charge, ensuring safe staffing levels using the agreed dependency tool.
Collaborate with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care.
Safeguard the welfare of adults in your care.
Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation via written care plans.
Work supportively with clinical teams, care home staff, and families to ensure exceptional care delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC pin, 6 months experience required.
Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive care plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
