Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a short-stay children's care home in North Wales on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

You will be responsible for two adjacent homes - one established 4-bed unit and a new 2-bed service set to open by the end of the month. The service currently supports three young people, with potential to increase to four by the end of May. The focus is on therapeutic, trauma-informed care, supporting children to return home safely.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, embed trauma-informed approaches such as PACE, RAID, and AMBIT, and contribute meaningfully to positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager

• Strong leadership and multi-agency collaboration skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred practice

• Ability to support and develop a team of 10 residential workers and a deputy manager
