Job Description - Registered Manager Children's Service

Registered Manager / Childrens Services

Sheringham (12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Registered Manager in Sheringham for a 12-month fixed term contract working for one of East Anglia’s leading Children Charities.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • To provide leadership and management to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people across all areas of their development. To achieve this by managing the home as a whole, using all resources to create a positive, inclusive environment in which children and young people thrive.
  • To take responsibility for leading and managing a therapeutic services by creating an environment to enable positive, safe, healing relationships.
  • To build and lead a team who are trauma informed practitioners meeting the needs of young people who may have experienced multiple placement breakdowns.

You will have:

  • Minimum of a relevant qualification (minimum -childcare related Diploma at Level 3)
  • If not already held, attain the Diploma in Leadership (Level 5) or other Management qualification within 2 years of appointment

Schedule: 37 hours a week

Salary: £42,624 to £45,793 depending on skills and experience.
