Key responsibilities as Registered Nurse:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in line with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor and assess residents physical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with care home staff and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed care records in line with regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
• Promote a safe, caring, and respectful environment for all residents.
• Supervise care staff and contribute to ongoing staff development when required.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with:

• An active NMC Registration (Adult Nurse - RGN)
• Post-qualification experience (preferably in elderly care)
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Up-to-date mandatory training
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Strong clinical and communication skills

It would be beneficial if you have a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
