Registered Nurse Ad Hoc & Flexible Shifts

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our team on an ad hoc basis. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

You will be expected to use your clinical expertise in areas such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and epilepsy management, while also demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to different care settings.

? Provide safe and effective nursing care, ensuring all interventions align with best practices.
? Administer medications safely and complete competency assessments where required.
? Deliver Basic Life Support interventions, including CPR, choking response, DNACPR, and anaphylaxis management.
? Assist with moving and handling (both people and objects), ensuring patient safety.
? Provide specialized care for patients with brain injuries, epilepsy, and tracheostomies.
? Conduct suctioning procedures and manage PEG feeding where applicable.
? Ensure safeguarding procedures are strictly followed, especially when working with children.
? Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
