Registered Nurses : ENP - Somerset

We are looking for passionate Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) & Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) experienced RGNs able to work on Minor Injuries Unit (MIU). Rates are between £40 - £55 per hour.

RATES?

• Days - £40
• Nights & Saturday - £45
• Sundays & Bank Holidays - £55

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS ?

• NMC Registered
• Minimum of 12 months UK NHS experience
• Excellent medical knowledge
• Confident in clinical skills
• Advocate for patient-centred care
• Flexible and Reliable
• Able to access, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer patients without reference to a doctor.
• Manage a discrete nursing team to include annual appraisal, mandatory training, staffing rotas, recruitment and selection and supervision of students.
• To support Matron / Lead nurse as needed in delivering local and national audits.
• To encourage and participate in the development of protocols and pathways to improve patient care.
• To be willing to undertake any professional development and training necessary to progress the service.
• Workers are required to be available for last minute shifts as there are many block booking opportunities available.
