Description

• Advise on regulatory compliance and associated legal matters including investigations, litigation, competition, and data privacy, within the financial services industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal frameworks.
• Monitor changes in regulations and provide updates to the legal and compliance teams.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Provide legal input on risk management strategies and assessments.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex legal issues when necessary

Profile

The successful applicant should have:

• A qualification to practise as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales.
• Experience in regulatory law within the financial services industry.
• The ability to start a new role immediately for 12-months
• The ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear advice.
• A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Day rate up to £500
