Regulatory Paralegal

Please note: this role will be offered on an initial 12 month FTC.

A highly regarded, international law firm are seeking a Regulatory Paralegal to support its busy and high-performing Asset Management team in London. This role offers exposure to complex fund and financial regulatory matters, working with a prestigious client base in the investment and financial services sector.

• Drafting and processing amendments to fund agreements and related documents

• Reviewing subscription agreements and assisting with fund formation tasks

• Maintaining investor trackers and checklists

• Preparing closing bibles and managing deal documentation

• Supporting legal opinion processes and document review

• Handling direct client communications and file management

• Conducting legal research and company/market analysis

• Working extensively with Excel to manage investor data and calculations

• Proofreading legal documents and ensuring accuracy across materials

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within a financial services environment

• Strong academic background: minimum AAB at A-Level (or equivalent), 2:1 university degree (or equivalent), and GDL if original degree is non-legal

• Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF tools, and online research platforms

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable handling both routine admin and complex legal tasks
