Azure Service Delivery Manager - Service Integrator Mgmt

£550 to £650 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella (dependant on level or role/experience)

Duration: Min 6 months

Location: Remote working with travel to Warwickshire as required

Accomplished IT Service Assurance Manager's and IT Service Delivery Lead's are required, with proven, recent experience of managing services within Azure Cloud.

These positions will be working on an exciting Datacentre exit program of work for a leading financial services client in Warwickshire.

The lower level role will be working with the lead to roll out the service.

Deliverables -

• Deliverable 1: Assessing impact of Datacentre exit driven changes on existing Service Assurance function to advise on and design future ways of working
• Deliverable 2: Establishing consistent governance across multiple vendors
• Deliverable 3: Establishing consistent measurement & reporting across multiple vendors
• Deliverable 4: Working with Service Owners & Practice owners to define demarcation between roles to ensure effective management of partners

Essential Skills -

• Experience in working as part of a Service Integrator Management of services in Azure
• For the lead role you will have experience of setting up a new function and be used to working in the Service Integrator space. Experience of measurement & reporting is also needed
