Certain Advantage is hiring for a Change Manager based in London.

This role is on an initial 3-month contract and is hybrid.

The company:

We’re working with a global energy company involved in the exploration, production, refining, and marketing of oil and natural gas, as well as the development of renewable energy solutions. They operate in over 70 countries and is one of the world’s largest publicly traded energy corporations.

The role:

• Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.
• Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
• Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
• Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
• Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.
• Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas.
• Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
