Data Officer - Day Rate (Charity)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Data Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day data operations, helping maintain the quality and flow of data, and providing crucial support to our wider engineering and fundraising teams.

You'll be working in a busy charity environment, managing CRM data, preparing datasets, supporting imports, and liaising with internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with CRM or database experience who thrives in a varied and people-facing role.

We're looking for someone who's confident, detail-oriented, and able to say "no" when needed - especially when managing input from multiple teams across the organisation.

• Experience with CRM or database systems (Care, Beacon, Dynamics, or Salesforce)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Confident communicator, able to manage stakeholder expectations

• Experience with data cleaning, entry, or migration

• Day Rate: £150/day

• Contract: 12 months

• IR35: Outside IR35

• Location: Remote-first (UK-based, with optional in-person meetups)
