Job Description - Employee Relations Consultant

Meraki Talent is working with a global data & tech company, recruiting an Employee Relations Consultant on an initial 3month contract initially with a view to go permanent.

This role can be based in London or Nottingham office, or fully remote, however must be residing in the UK.

This role offers £450 - £500 per day.

ER Responsibilities:

Working alongside Employee Relations Manager, supporting with expert advice across the business
Running ER cases, including organising meetings, understanding the issues occurred, delving into the case at hand.
Dealing with all ER cases, such as probation, sickness absence management, termination meetings, performance management and disciplinary issues to name a few.
Working alongside line manager with addressing concerns in the most professional way, making recommendations on the spot
Supporting the ER team with complex case meetings, note taking and advising when necessary.
Logical application of employment legislation to prevent litigation against the company

Person Specification:

Strong ER experience, including varied case knowledge
Experienced in delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions to each case
Excellent project management skills
Strong experience in delivering written outcomes, reports and recommendations
Highest employment legislation knowledge and best practice
