European Payroll Transformation Consultant - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire an experienced European Payroll Transformation Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.

Length: 6 Months

Location: London - 2 days a week

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant for large global organisations
• Workday and CloudPay experience would be beneficial but not essential
• In-depth knowledge of Payroll principles, functions, methods and best practices
• European Payroll knowledge essential
• Experience of RFPs
• Large scale transformation experience required
• Proven experience contributing to global payroll projects
• Ability to strategise and formulate business plans
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
