Finance Transformation Consultant

My client, a leading insurance Group, is seeking to hire a finance transformation consultant who can bridge strategy and delivery, bringing structure and momentum to high-impact workstreams across data, automation, and finance operations.

This is a hands-on, tactical role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to influence without authority, and can confidently bring stakeholders together to drive results.

Required skillset

• Experience in finance transformation within the insurance or broader financial services sector.

• Proven ability to lead workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver in matrixed environments.

• A strong grasp of finance operations, data architecture, and automation technologies (e.g. Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath).

• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset—able to roll up your sleeves and get things moving.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and pragmatic approach.

• Prior expereince with Anaplan planning system would be useful

Hybrid working and travel will be required.
