Finance Transformation Lead

Day Rate: Up to £550 per day

Location: UK Remote - with some travel to Europe required
Duration: Initial 6 month contract

About the Role:

As the Programme Lead, you will drive a high-impact transformation initiative, ensuring cost efficiency and enhanced performance across management support functions. The programme is currently live, and with the existing lead departing within the next month, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and maintain the momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a transformational programme with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from functional Directors down, to ensure alignment and support.
• Utilise your high-level analytical skills to deeply understand P&L and implement robust cost controls.
• Oversee project and programme management activities, with an initial focus on Europe-wide operations and potential for future expansion.
• Support and influence wider business change initiatives, embedding effective methodologies across the organisation.
