Head of FP&A

We're seeking a Head of FP&A from a large complex organisation with consolidations experience for a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Not For Profit sector and a keen eye for financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Description

• Stand alone Head of FP&A role responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
• Consolidation of reporting across multiple departments
• Collaborating closely with other department heads to ensure financial strategies align with organisational goals.
• Producing accurate financial reports and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Identifying potential areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Participating in fundraising and budgeting efforts.
• Contributing to the overall mission and success of the Not For Profit organisation.

Profile

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

• A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven FP&A Experience including consolidating across multiple departments/ divisions within a large organisation
• Experience gained in global/ bluechip/ large complex organisation
• UK Right to work
• UK based
