Description

The HR Specialist (Job Evaluation) will be:

* Leading job evaluation processes using the Hay methodology, ensuring consistency and rigour across roles.

* Supporting grading reviews, pay structure alignment, and job re-design projects.

* Advising managers and HR colleagues on job evaluation principles and methodology.

* Collaborating with stakeholders to manage role analysis and documentation.

* Providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to ensure fair and equitable outcomes.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Specialist - Job Evaluation should have:

The HR Specialist should be:

* Experienced in job evaluation, with strong working knowledge of Hay methodology (essential).

* From a public sector HR background, with an understanding of relevant grading and pay frameworks.

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.

This role can be done fully (if preferred) with occasional travel to Sheffield.

Job Offer
