Description
The Interim Senior Recruiter will be:
* Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and executive-level roles across the organisation.
* Developing and managing attraction strategies for leadership-level talent, using direct sourcing, campaigns, and networks.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders and HR teams to identify hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Ensuring recruitment is inclusive, brand-aligned, and reflective of organisational values.
* Managing relationships with executive search firms where required, and supporting internal process improvements.
Profile
The Interim Senior Recruiter should be:
* Experienced in executive recruitment, ideally in-house or within a retained search firm.
* Skilled in direct sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and managing senior-level processes end to end.
* Confident managing sensitive, complex hiring with discretion and professionalism.
* A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can advise, challenge, and influence at a senior level.
* Comfortable with a remote working model, but ability to travel when required.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with a start in July required.
