A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority on a locum basis in the Midlands. This will be a remote working role, a rolling long-term contract.

The duties of the Adults Social Care Lawyer will include:

• Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty cases
• Advising on Court of Protection matters
• Ordinary Residence
• Judicial Review

Ideally our client is looking for a qualified Adults Lawyer with local authority experience but will consider those with transferable and relevant skills. We work very closely with this client and the team is lovely to work with.
