Contract Opportunity: MS Dynamics CRM Consultant - Outside IR35 (London / Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to join a fast paced digital transformation programme for a UK based client.

The Role:
You’ll play a key part in optimising and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 to meet business needs. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you’ll support solution design, implementation, and integration, ensuring smooth delivery across various functions

Location: London HQ / Remote
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Duration: TBC
Day Rate: £450 to £600

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and map processes to D365 functionality

• Configure and customise Dynamics CFRM 365

• Integrate D365 with existing systems

• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders across departments

• Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements for system performance and usability

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 implementations

• Strong knowledge of customisations, workflows and integrations

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced delivery environments
