Job Description - Native Spanish Sales WFH

Remote Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Spanish/English)
UK-Based (Remote)
12-Month Fixed Term Contract

£28,000 - £30,000 plus £250 - £750 per month commission
Full-Time

Are you a native Spanish speaker with excellent spoken and written English skills? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a background in contact centre work? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team.

We're an established UK insurance brand, now expanding into the Spanish market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new initiative - supporting Spanish-speaking customers on their insurance journey, while also assisting our UK customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Spanish-speaking customers (primarily older individuals or those with pre-existing medical conditions) looking to purchase or manage travel insurance policies.

Handle inbound phone and webchat enquiries from both Spanish and English customers.

Accurately quote, sell, and service insurance policies, ensuring compliance and clarity - especially regarding complex medical conditions.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences, offering reassurance, clear guidance, and efficient service at every stage of the customer journey.

Adapt quickly to new processes and contribute feedback as we learn and grow in the Spanish market.

Act as a valuable voice in helping shape how we serve this new demographic.

What We're Looking to Achieve:
Launch and support our expansion into the Spanish travel insurance market.

Build a strong foundation for long-term customer satisfaction and brand reputation among Spanish-speaking travellers.

Provide a seamless and empathetic customer experience during both onboarding and policy servicing stages.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - between 08:00 and 20:00

Saturday - 09:00 to 17:00

Sunday - 09:00 to 16:00
(Shift patterns will be scheduled in advance.)

Requirements:
Native Spanish speaker (essential, due to the complexity of medical terminology discussed).

Fluent in English - both written and spoken.

UK-based (must reside in the UK for the duration of the contract).

Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience.

Confident communicator, with the ability to explain products and navigate sensitive health discussions with empathy and accuracy.

Comfortable working independently from home, with a reliable internet connection.
