Oracle HCM Workforce Experience HRHD Lead

We are looking for an SC cleared (preferably) Oracle HCM Workforce Experience (HRHD) Lead to work on complex engagements, delivering core technology and managed services capabilities, and building our Alliances network. This is an initial 6-month contract fully remote inside IR35 contract

• Experience implementing Oracle HCM cloud platform, specifically HR Helpdesk. Experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor and Oracle Digital Assistant is also preferred.
• Background as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
• Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test a module or process area to successful deployment.
• Consultancy background.
• SC clearance preferred.

As an Oracle HCM Workforce Experience (HRHD) Lead, you will:

• Develop end-to-end solutions using the best of industry practices combined with the options available within the product.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Lead client-facing meetings and facilitate workshops with large groups of client teams.
• Design, configure, and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client.
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a network to address client needs.
