Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage incidents, risks, and legislative policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and governance standards.
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on safety performance and risk management activities.

Qualifications:

• Qualified pharmacist, registered with GPhC
• Proven experience in safety, risk management, and governance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare legislation and policies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in conducting audits is highly desirable.
