PMO Analyst

Rate: £380.00 to £430.00 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Duration: Min 6 months

Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid working - 1 day week onsite/rest remote working

An accomplished, Midlands based PMO Analyst with strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills including MSP, is required to work on an exciting network telephony roll out project, for our leading financial services client in Warwickshire.

Role -

• Sending out comms as per the user journey using Poppulo
• Arranging meetings and sending out calendar invites for a range of deployment meetings, ensuring correct stakeholders are on invites, responding to queries and escalating as required
• Preparing and checking work books for Ring Central, ensuring readiness for consultancy meetings
• Preparing transition plans for go live
• Action and task tracking
• Preparing day 1 set up documents for each agency

Essential Skills/Experience -

• Proven strong experience as a PMO Analyst
• Financial Services experience
• Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc) including MSP
• Experience working on Network/Telephony/roll out projects
• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention To Detail
• Pro-activeness and a willingness to work as part of a busy team, taking on tasks as required
