Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced NHS procurement professional to lead and deliver complex procurement projects across key public health service areas. The successful candidate will:

• Bring proven NHS procurement expertise, with a strong grasp of Provider Selection Regime (PSR) processes.
• Take ownership of end-to-end procurement cycles—from initiation through to award—ensuring compliance and value for money.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
• Lead procurements in high-impact areas
