Supplier Quality Specialist
(Remote, UK - South)
£32-£37 per hour / 37.5hrs per week.

We are seeking a Quality & Inspection Specialist to support key suppliers within the UK, specifically on the South Coast.
This is a remote (home-based) position, with regular travel required to supplier sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product verification and in-process inspections.
• Review First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102 standards.
• Evaluate and accept Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
• Compile and present performance metrics and quality data.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal programme and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in quality assurance or inspection, with the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings, production documentation, and technical specifications.
• Background in the production of composite, machined, and fabricated components and assemblies. Familiarity with the installation of electrical/electronic line replaceable units (LRUs), wiring looms, and fuel systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in reviewing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to AS9102 standards, including the ability to clearly communicate and resolve any non-conformances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software for data entry and reporting.
