Job Title: Data Manager (Dashboards & Quantitative Data)

Job Type: Full-time contract (3-6 months, outside IR35)

Location: Remote (UK-based only)

Education: Master's degree (or equivalent)

A global market research and consulting agency specialising in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Their team spans multiple continents, delivering insights to help clients make informed decisions.

My client is looking for a Data Manager to support a Brand Equity tracking project. You will manage and develop custom data dashboards, working with software development teams to ensure accuracy and smooth communication between technical and non-technical staff.

• Manage dashboard development using Jira, ensuring timelines are met

• Review dashboards and source data for errors in Excel

• Work with Data Collection & Processing teams to format data correctly

• Respond to statistical queries, including sample design and database structure

• Support senior researchers in client-facing activities

• Experience in market research with quantitative data from online surveys

• Pharmaceutical or related industry experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, h-/v-lookups), SQL

• Knowledge of data dashboard tools (Power BI or custom-built solutions)

• Ability to translate technical requirements between developers and research teams

• Experience with data warehousing processes

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure)

• Experience in user-testing dashboard UX

• Exposure to advanced analytics (e.g., conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, TURF)

• Knowledge of VBA, SPSS, R, Q, or Python for data analysis
