Location: Swindon or remote
Pay: £20.33ph (£38,058 annual equivalent)
Hours: 36 per week Mon-Fri
Duration: 3 months temporary at present
Start Date: ASAP (Interviews from w/c 26 May)

About the Role:

Join a dynamic Business Improvement team to lead and support a range of exciting national projects. This role involves managing high-profile initiatives, including heritage-focused work, and collaborating with diverse teams—from architects and surveyors to marketing and digital specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from planning to completion.
• Support project teams across departments with expert advice and tools.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.
• Represent project interests in meetings and working groups.
• Evaluate project outcomes and share lessons learned.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices in project management.
