SAP Concur Trainer, Hybrid working.

SAP Concur Trainer required for a leading financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf.

Working as part of new ERP solution (SAP), the successful candidate will work with the Finance Transformation Business Change Lead and Product Owners and programme resources to prepare the organisation for changes to its Expenses process and introduction of SAP Concur.

The assignment will specifically lead on training on the new expenses process and the use of SAP Concur.

The role will be responsible for delivering training courses to staff and senior staff and for production of required training material in line with the change action plan, training needs analysis and training plan.

Courses will be delivered both online and in-person in the Canary Wharf HQ

Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site.
Limited company engagement is permitted; IR35 determination is the responsibility of the Limited company providing services prior to commencement.

General responsibilities: -

• Undertake an assessment of the programme's existing training collateral and make relevant additions and updates to create a suite of fit for purpose end user material.
• Conduct training courses on the use of SAP Concur and associated business processes for submission and approval of claims and for reporting/back-office support functions. for:
• Support with answering end user 'How Do I' queries.
• Creation of Concur learning paths.
• Develop learning evaluation measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests.
• Provide SAP Concur application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge.
• Work with programme support resources where required on scheduling, logistics and oversight of training plan and attendance monitoring.
• Candidates must have experience with SAP Concur end-user training experience, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
