Our client who are a Global Medical Technology Company are looking for a Project Coordinator to join them on a 6-month contract basis. The project you will be working on is a Windows 11 deployment.

Accountabilities:

• Supporting the Lead Project Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials and change
• Creation and maintenance of the project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency and change)
• Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned to the project plan and Migration Schedule that indicates the quantity of Contractor Resources required in each role
• Creating and agreeing onboarding material with the Authority's and Contractor's Migration Lead project manager
• Provide advice and guidance to the Contractor's Resources about the security clearance and Authority onboarding process
