Senior Estates Surveyor - Oxfordshire

Your new role
As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing a community-focused property portfolio which consists of leisure, wellbeing and community centre-type assets. Your work will focus on:

• Lease management, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Tenant liaison and stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting the re-purposing of buildings to meet community needs.
• Contribution to valuation work.

What you'll need to succeed

• Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
• Experience in commercial property landlord & tenant management.
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial two year fixed term contract, which is highly likely to extend beyond this point, and could progress into a permanent position. You will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working scheme, visiting the Greater Oxford and Oxfordshire region once per week, with the reminder of your role available to be undertaken from home. A salary will be offered for this role of £45,859, and you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of employment benefits, to include generous annual leave allowance, pension contributions and more.
