Your new role
As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing a community-focused property portfolio which consists of leisure, wellbeing and community centre-type assets. Your work will focus on:

In return, you will receive an initial two year fixed term contract, which is highly likely to extend beyond this point, and could progress into a permanent position. You will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working scheme, visiting the Greater Oxford and Oxfordshire region once per week, with the reminder of your role available to be undertaken from home. A salary will be offered for this role of £45,859, and you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of employment benefits, to include generous annual leave allowance, pension contributions and more.
