Job Description - Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Support Engineer (SQL)
West Sussex
6-month Contract, Outside IR35, Circa £325/day

Very successful manufacturing company located in West Sussex seeking a knowledgeable Support Engineer with strong proficiency in SQL and ERP software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure which includes but is not limited to office computers, networks, Servers, and security systems.
Creating & maintaining SQL-based reports to provide valuable insights into organizational data.
Collaborating with various departments to understand reporting requirements.
Designing efficient SQL queries and producing accurate and visually appealing reports.
Proactively providing IT & technical support to all staff internally. Managing and maintaining internal databases.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support
Highly proficient in SQL and ERP software
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience with Crystal Reports.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
