Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for a variety of audiences, including end users, developers, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
• User manuals
• API documentation
• Knowledge base articles
• System architecture documentation
• Installation guides and FAQs
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
• Organize and structure content logically to improve usability and navigation.
• Manage documentation across its lifecycle: creation, revision, review, approval, and publishing.
• Follow and help improve content standards, style guides, and documentation processes.
• Create visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to support written content.
• Stay updated with product releases and ensure documentation reflects the latest functionality and features.
