Senior Test Analyst

6-month initial contract

Bristol - Largely remote

£450/£500 per day - Umbrella engagement

This role will need to operate through an Umbrella company and all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate.

Sanderson recruitment is currently working with a client who require a Test Analyst to support the quality and integrity of the transition from on prem data centre to the AWS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for infrastructure and cloud migration activities.
• Support UAT coordination and provide evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support End-to-End testing and business critical user journey validation.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including performance, failover, and DR testing.
• Validate application and service configurations post-migration.
• Perform data validation, integrity checks, and smoke testing post-move.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to identify and resolve issues

Essential Skills:

• AWS
• Cloud/Data Centre/Infrastructure migration projects
• Infrastructure validation - server migrations, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• End-To End testing, UAT, Non-Functional, Performance, Failover, Disaster Recovery testing
